TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and the prize on offer forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
   
   
2. The Promoter: The Promoter is Oppenheimer Pty Ltd (ABN 84 000 016 277) of 5/107 Carnarvon Street, Silverwater, NSW 2128, trading as the online ecommerce website “Home Royale” (homeroyale.com.au).
   
   
3. Promotion Period: The Promotion starts at 00:00 AEST on 1 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 AEST on 30 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
   
   
4. Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, or first cousin.
   
   
5. How to Enter: Any individual purchase valued at over $150 (exclusive of delivery fees) made online at homeroyale.com.au during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one entry into the draw. Each qualifying purchase generates one new entry. There is no limit on the number of entries an eligible entrant may receive.
   
   
6. Entry Validity: a. An entry is valid only if it relates to a purchase that is not returned, cancelled, or refunded, in whole or in part, at any time up to and including 60 days after the end of the Promotion Period (“Validity Period”). b. Where a purchase underlying an entry drawn as a winner (or reserve winner) is returned, cancelled, or refunded within the Validity Period — including after the draw has taken place — the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entry and, if the prize has already been awarded, may take reasonable steps to recover it, or select a replacement winner from a further draw of eligible entries in accordance with clause 16.
   
   
7. All eligible entries are submitted into the draw automatically. An entrant may opt out by notifying the Promoter in writing at info@homeroyale.com.au prior to the draw date or written in Order Notes section upon checkout. Entries are not refundable and opting out does not affect the entrant’s underlying purchase.
   
   
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any right at any stage does not waive that right. Any dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or a prize claim will first be resolved by direct consultation with the entrant; if it cannot be resolved, the Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
   
9. Prize: There is one major prize available, with a total prize pool valued at $899.95 (including GST). The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.

10. If the advertised prize (or any component of it) becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
    
    
11. By completing a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period, you agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set out above. You agree to accept the Promoter’s decisions as final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
    
    
12. The Draw: The draw will be conducted electronically using a random number generator at 10:00am AEST on 1 October 2026 at 5/107 Carnarvon Street, Silverwater, NSW 2128. One winner will be drawn from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
    
    
13. Permits: This Promotion is conducted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. As the total prize pool is valued at less than $10,000, no permit is required in NSW, the Northern Territory, or Tasmania. [Confirm whether entry is intended to be NSW-only or nationwide — if entrants can participate from South Australia or the ACT, a permit is required in those jurisdictions regardless of, or above a threshold of, prize value, and permit numbers should be inserted here once obtained.]
    
    
14. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email and phone before 5:00pm AEST on the day of the draw, using the contact details provided with their entry. The winner’s first name and surname initial may be published on Home Royale’s social media pages and website. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond, within 7 days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct an unclaimed prize draw in accordance with clause 16.
    
    
15. The winner must accept the prize as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of it, cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated in writing by the Promoter.
    
    
16. The prize will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of the winner’s confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address, provided that address is within Australia. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay, failure, or damage occurring during delivery of the prize by a third-party carrier.
    
    
17. If necessary — including where the original winner is disqualified under clause 6(b) or uncontactable under clause 13 — an unclaimed prize draw will be held on 8 October 2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a relevant regulatory authority. A winner drawn at this unclaimed prize draw, if any, will be notified by email and phone using the contact details provided with their entry within 7 days of the draw, and their first name and surname initial may be published on Home Royale’s social media pages and website.
    
    
18. Privacy: By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, holding, using, and disclosing their personal information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, notifying and publicising the winner as described in clauses 13 and 16, and delivering the prize. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://homeroyale.com.au/privacy-policy/. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter at info@homeroyale.com.au.

20. This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
