If you wish to cancel your order, it must be cancelled prior to the confirmation of the order, in which case we will provide you with a full refund. Cancellations after that time may be treated as a “Change of Mind” return. Made to order items cannot be cancelled. Please email info@homeroyale.com.au or call us at 9748 3111 as soon as possible. Our hours are Mon-Fri 9-5pm.
If there is a fault with your product, please notify our team via email with images attached of the issue within 30 days of delivery and specify if you would like a replacement or refund. This policy does not include misuse or mishandling. For Non-faulty or Change of Mind, returns must be unopened, in a re-sellable condition. The cost of returns for change of mind will be at the customer’s expense. Please see full returns policy here.
Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days, allowing any unforeseen circumstances that may cause delays.
Yes, we ship to PO and Parcel Lockers with Australia Post and StarTrack. Please ensure the number is written first followed by the street address.
No, we currently only ship within Australia.
Yes. We use StarTrack which is an Australian transport and logistics company owned by Australia Post for small packages. Medium and large items will be sent by private freight companies. Our normal flat shipping fee is $12.00

Home Royale E-gift cards are like cash and must be treated as such. Home Royale cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged, deleted or stolen E-gift cards once they have been issued to a customer sorry.
They are valid for 3 Years from date of purchase.
Yes. Simply click on the `continue shopping’ link after adding an e-gift card to your bag and continue to shop. Please note that any discount codes used will only apply to valid items for the specific promotion and will not apply to E-gift cards in your bag.
